Quad is an innovative and practical system. A single unit integrates two technologies: filtration and power exchange.

The same equipment provides the solution to a large number of applications and treatments (well water with high amounts of suspended solids, iron and manganese, pretreatment for reverse osmosis systems as well as for decalcification, etc…).

Quad uses Macrolite, a state-of-the-art product, as a filtration element, with reduced pressure drop and high filtering power.

Versatility

The MTS programmer centralizes the data supplied by the different heads, acting as the real brain of the system and deciding when the equipment regenerations should be triggered.

Standard range up to 4 columns of 1000 liters, 64 m3/hour. Other configurations are possible upon request.

CHARACTERISTICS

Modular system: Additional columns can be added to an existing installation easily and simply.

A column can also be cancelled for repair or maintenance.

Simplicity: A single cable connects the programmer to the first head, transmitting both data and power. In the same way a single cable connects the first head to the second head, and so on.

Industrial: High resistance waterproof connectors. Stainless steel motorized valve at the head outlet to control each column (service, regeneration, stand-by…).

MTS Programmer

Advanced electronic programmer with multicolor icons. Simple and practical programming. It also allows configuring time periods in which regeneration should be avoided (peak hours of consumption in hotels, production peaks in industry…).

Connected: Configurable relay outputs during regeneration. Allows the control of a downstream metering pump. Signal inputs for remote regenerations.

Fail-safe: In case of failure of a column, the programmer temporarily overrides it, adapting the operation to the number of remaining columns.
