MANAGEMENT OF
HYDROSMART INDICATORS
PROBE CONTROL
HidroSmart uses a SEMAPHROGRAPHIC CODE to know the status of each indicator, taking as a reference the values established by current regulations and forcing the system to work within these values.
Ph CALIBRATION
- HidroSmart allows us to make the PH calibration The hot calibration using photometric methods allows us to set the calibration value of a photometer up to a difference of 0.9 with respect to what we mark, above 0.9 we will have to do the standard calibration with calibration buffers.
- Allows hot Ph calibration, using photometric methods or buffer solution 7 and 9.
REDOX
- Allows hot Rx calibration, using photometric methods or 468Rx and 650Rx buffer solution.
- The ORP pump operates by giving priority to the Ph set point. With Ph values outside the set point, the pump stops.
- We use two points, the 468 and the 650, so the calibration is much more reliable.
FREE CHLORINE
HidroSmart supports potentiostatic and amperometric probes.
TEMPERATURE
Water temperature measurement.
CONDUCTIVITY
HidroSmart allows us to make the PH calibration The hot calibration using photometric methods allows us to set the calibration value of a photometer up to a difference of 0.9 with respect to what we mark, above 0.9 we will have to do the standard calibration with calibration buffers.
TURBIDITY
We use two points, the 468 and the 650, so the calibration is much more reliable.
CALCULATED CHLORINE
Calculated as a function of Ph, Redox and Temperature.
WARNING INDICATOR
Remote fault indicator
CONTROL
OF ANY
SYSTEM
DISINFECTION
- Simultaneous control of different disinfection systems
- Control of peristaltic and electromagnetic metering pumps
- Control of auxiliary pumps
- Control of the level of the liquids in the bottles. The pump stops automatically when there is no contact between the liquid and the probe.
DOSAGE
The dosing of the pool liquids is carried out according to the compliance with the regulations and the programming that the Maintenance Director wants to do for each indicator, being the equipment designed to dispense the maximum of the chemical product in the water.
AUXILIARY DOSING
We use two points, the 468 and the 650, so the calibration is much more reliable.
DISINFECTION
Within the same Central Unit, we can use different disinfection systems simultaneously in order to, among other things, dispense with 100% of the disinfectant chemical product. The electrodes can be either HidroSmart’s own or from other manufacturers.
We can combine the following disinfection systems as we wish or according to our needs:
SALT ELECTROLYSIS
HYDROLYSIS
- Ion Hidroxilo. El mejor desinfectante que existe después del flúor (el flúor no es compatible con la salud), el Ion Hidroxilo es tres veces más potente que el cloro.
- Oxygen: The best natural disinfectant. It helps us to reduce chloramines and to stabilize and reduce the PH of the water.
- Hydrogen Ion and Hydrogen: The latest medical advances highlight the health benefits of hydrogenated water for its anti-oxidative effect on the body’s cells.
COPPER IONIZATION
ULTRAVIOLET
RECIRCULATION
From the RECIRCULATION screen we will be able to control:
- Select the program we want the equipment to work with.
- Check the drive pump.
- Control frequency inverters.
- Select the light program.
- Check the heat pump.
- Program the automatic cleaning of the filters if we have automatic valves.
- Recirculation flow control.
- Turn recirculation off and on.
CALCULATED CHLORINE EQUIVALENCY CHART
We can calculate in values and on thefree chlorine equivalence graph, the value of calculated chlorine as a function of pH, ORP and temperature.
This value is very close to the actual value of free chlorine in the pool. With this we can make chlorine dosage, instead of relying on the free chlorine probe, depends on the calculated chlorine value given by the equipment, so we can have a very approximate value of free chlorine. without having to spend the money in a probe amperometric or potentiostatic.
AIR QUALITY
Control of environmental values wirelessly (wifi).
- Indoor relative humidity.
- Indoor temperature of the premises.
- CO2
- Polluting gases that we have in the air.
Depending on the values of CO2 or volatile gases, we will know the air quality and we will know if ventilation is necessary, this can be activated automatically by controlling these values.
It will only trigger the ventilation or poor air quality alarm if both parameters are negative at the same time.
